AMARDEEP SHARMA

Chairman

Amardeep Sharma started his career with ICICI bank in 2001. He has worked in various divisions such as in Retail and in Corporate & Investment Banking. His last assignment was in Indonesia as a country head.

In his last 19 years of experience, He has worked in various geographies, including India, Oman, Indonesia, Colombia, and UAE. He brings rich experience in the field of Finance, and as a SEO of Greenback Capital, will be instrumental to the growth of all the verticals of the company - EAM, ECM, DCM, Structured product, Financial advisory, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Capital Raising, and Investments through Fund.

The Fund's investment strategy includes investing into Distress assets, Alternate investments, Private Equity, Joint venture for the projects, Renewable Energy, Trade Finance, Fixed Income, Global Equities, and Debentures. Fund has investments in India, Africa, Middle East, FarEast, and Europe.

Amardeep is Bachelor in Mathematics and holds two MBA degrees from "Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies" and "University of Oxford".

CHARUDUTTA JOSHI

Head Asset Management and Board Member

Charudutta Joshi is one of the leading professional in the field of Banking, Asset Management, Wealth management & Advisory. In his career spanning over 22 years' in the Banking & Financial Services industry, He worked in various countries like India, Kuwait, Qatar , UAE and Singapore.

He specializes in conceptualizing and executing market entry and market development strategy for asset management business in Middle East, Africa & SEA. He worked with leading Indian Bank for 12 year, his last assignment was Country Head for Qatar. After that he worked with Middle eastern Asset Management company for 5 years helped them build business in MENA and East Africa. After that he moved to Singapore to help UAE family set up their asset management and Advisory business in Singapore focusing on SEA market. In 2020 he relocated to Dubai and co-founded Greenback Capital Limited.

He also served on Board of different companies in Singapore , Mauritius and UAE covering sectors like Asset management , Logistics , and school transport.

Ramen Ray Mandal

SEO & Board Member

Ramen has Investment and Corporate Banking experience of over 25 years.

His experience largely revolves around M&A advisory practices particularly as the Head of the M&A for the largest Indian Private Bank - HDFC Bank, Head of Investment Banking in ING Bank India.

He is also an MBA graduate from IIM Calcutta and an alumnus of IIT Madras in Electrical & Electronics Engineering. In his current role as the SEO of Greenback Capital, he heads the M&A and Financial Advisory vertical of GBC

Habeeb Ahmed

Head Wealth Management & Board Member

Seasoned, wealth advisory professional with 23 years' experience.

MBA graduate from Osmania University. His work experience encompasses various geographies; India, Saudi Arabia, Hong Kong and UAE highlighting his knowledge of diverse investment cultures.

Currently, he leverages his domain expertise as a Senior Director at Greenback Capital serving corporate entities as well as ultra-high net worth individuals.
